First twist the 3 leaf clover dial side down 3 times to evenly disperse the grounds. Then turn it over and use the flat base to palm tamper.
Packing the grounds tight creates the right amount of pressure for a perfect espresso/cappuccino.
Easy to adjust the height!
Loosen the grip by turning counter clockwise. This will allow you to spin the vanes upward or downward along the main screw. Once you have your ideal depth, tighten the grip clockwise.
